Barnum as Senior Vice President of Global Services with responsibility for leading SupportSoft's professional services activities for customers worldwide. Barnum will join SupportSoft today and report directly to SupportSoft President and Chief Executive Officer, Joshua Pickus.

Barnum brings more than 20 years of enterprise customer experience to SupportSoft including 10 years in the PeopleSoft and Oracle consulting organizations, where his most recent post was as Vice President of North American Solution Centers.
